Claudia Goldin is the Henry Lee Professor of Economics at Harvard University and 2023 Nobel laureate in economic sciences for her work improving our understanding of women’s labor market outcomes and the gender pay gap. Goldin is the former director of the National Bureau of Economic Research’s Development of the American Economy program.
