Please join us for the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender’s Fall Symposium. The Symposium is a full-day event to explore and discuss contemporary topics on law and gender. Panels will focus on the future of administrative agency action to redress discrimination in a post-Chevron world, the continuing impact of the criminal legal system on gender justice, and avenues for state and local advocacy and action.
Sharon Block, CLJE’s Executive Director, will be moderating a panel on gender justice and administrative law post-Chevron from 1:40 – 2:40pm in Milstein East. Block will be joined by Vidhi Banzal, Center for Reproductive Rights; Stephanie Bornstein, Loyola Law School; and Sunu Chandy, Democracy Forward.
