Xiaowen Shapiro-Shi is a fellow at Harvard Law School Center for Labor & a Just Economy working on interdisciplinary approach and incorporation of AI/machine learning research on labor contracts, with a focus on labor unions and labor laws. I work closely with Prof. Richard Freeman and other researchers at the center on collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) in non-profit and higher education sectors worldwide. I am also a Teaching Assistant (TA) and associate at Harvard University Department of Economics.
