Minju Kang is a visiting scholar at the Center for Labor and a Just Economy (CLJE) at Harvard Law School, jointly affiliated with LPE@HLS, and a post-doctoral fellow at ChainGE Lab, a European Research Council funded project. A legal scholar and active human rights advocate, her work focuses on labor rights and meaningful stakeholder engagement in business and human rights, particularly in the contexts of global value chains and new technologies. She also collaborates with the Business and Human Rights Centre, a global NGO and knowledge hub dedicated to business and human rights, just economy, climate justice, and labor rights. Minju earned her LL.M. from Yale Law School and her Ph.D. in human rights law and social law from Seoul National University.
